Black Garlic Spread Burger

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serving: 2 burgers

What we need:

2 burger patties, 2 buns, 1 bulb of garlic, some lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato, onion, cheese (Provolone, for example), some butter.

Instructions

1. Chop up garlic using a fine grater or knife. You may also want to use a food processor.

2. Incorporate and stir black garlic and mayo until the texture of the sauce is like a warm cereal. Now that smells good, isn’t it?

3. Heat the pan and put some oil. Cut the bun into two and fry each side for 3-4 minutes. A golden crust is our way to go!

4. Lay the buns aside. In the same skillet, fry the meat for 3-4 minutes per side.

5. You may now add the cheese once one side of the meat is done. Let it melt a bit!

This is the order of how you should arrange the burger: bun, sauce, cutlet, cheese, sauce again, lettuce. There you have it! The richest and tastiest homemade burger is ready to be served!

Balsajo Black Garlic Burger

Preparation: 20 minutes

Serving: 2 burgers

What we need:

2 buns, about 0.6 lb (0.27 kg) minced beef, mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce (1 little gem), cheddar cheese or any similar cheese of your choice, 1 tablespoon of relish (I recommend Henderson’s), ½ balsajo black garlic bulb.

Instructions

1. Garlic is always the first. Minced the garlic in any way you prefer.

2. This time, we combine the ground beef and the minced garlic. Dust it with an ample amount of salt and pepper.

3. Cut the meat into 2 identical parts and shape them into burger cuts. Freeze for a couple of minutes to hold their shapes.

4. The buns should go the same way in the first recipe. Slice it into two and fry each side with a little vegetable oil until you achieve a nice golden brown.

5. Slice your veggies into wedges and cook.

6. Set the buns aside and use the same frying pan to fry your rich beef patties. Add some oil if you want and remember to cook each side for 3-4 minutes.

7. Once you turn one side over, place the cheese on top and let it melt for about 2-3 minutes.

8. Now brace yourself for an appetizing sauce! Combine Henderson’s relish, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. How does that smell?

9. And it’s time to arrange everything. Just follow this order and you’re good to go: bun, sauce, lettuce, tomato, patty and cheese, lettuce, and onion (optional), then bun.

Voila! Tasty, right? Let me know in the comments!

Bob’s Black Garlic Burger Recipe

Preparation: 20 minutes

Serving: 2 burgers

What we need:

Ground beef, 2 buns, black garlic, mozzarella cheese, sriracha, baby spinach, and mayonnaise.

Directions:

1. As always, garlic is up first. This time, I highly recommend a food processor or a blender to mince it. Make a sauce by combining minced garlic, mayonnaise and salt. Add sriracha once the ingredients are well-combined.

2. You may opt to fry the buns like the usual, but we suggest you skip that part. Move on with the meat and fry it for 3 minutes per side.

3. Season both sides of the meat once you flip it over. Then, mozzarella cheese in. Fry for about 3 minutes.

4. That’s it! Time to arrange the burger like this: bun, sauce, baby spinach, beef patty and cheese, bun.

Chow down!

Black Garlic Burger

Preparation: 20 min

Serving: 4 burgers

What we need:

4 buns, 1.5 lbs ground beef, half clove of black garlic, 2 teaspoons of salt flakes, 1 teaspoon of butcher cut black peppercorns, topping and condiments of your choice for garnish

Instructions

  1. This time, we need to make a paste out of black garlic so make sure you use a food processor. A blender will do as well.
  2. Brush the garlic paste into the meat. Yes, the ground beef. What an exceptional smell right there! Split the beef into 4 identical parts and shape into burger patties.
  3. Into the pan, burger patties seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides. Fry for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Add in your desired vegetables and other herbs. Just don’t forget to serve it while it’s hot!

Black Garlic Burger – 2.0

Preparation: 20 min

Serving: 4 burgers

What we need:

1.5 lbs ground beef, 1 tablespoon of black garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of kosher sea salt flakes, 1 tablespoon of butcher cur black peppercorns, 4 buns (yes!), toppings of your choice and condiments for garnish.

Directions:

  1. Brush the ground black garlic into the meat. Mixed them until well-combined and smooth, then make 4 equal parts of patties out of it.
  2. Grease your grill. Fry the patties on high heat for 2-3 minutes, seasoning it with salt and pepper on both sides. If you want a crispier patty, fry it for a couple of minutes more. Just make sure to flip it over every 2 minutes to avoid burning.
  3. Brush every bun with the sauce before you put the meat. Then, hands up! Your burger is ready. Grilled patties are always the best answer!

Black Garlic Chicken Burgers

Preparation: 15 min

Serving: 4 burgers

What we need: 4 buns (the more the merrier!), 1 lb (0.45 kg) of ground chicken, 2 tablespoons of tahini, 1 clove of black garlic, salt and pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Put the clove of black garlic into the food processor and turn it into a paste.
  2. In another bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the buns.
  3. Make cutlets out of the mixed ingredients and brown it on the pan for 2 -3 minutes per side. Smells tasty yet?
  4. Bring together the burger right away! You may put any condiments you wish, and remember to serve them hot.

And that’s a wrap! You might also want to serve those burgers with a side dish of your choice. A little hint, you can never go wrong with baked potatoes!

Every recipe is pretty much doable, right? Some are easy to do and the rest is easier! Our company uses these and by now, you must know why! They are easy to prepare, yet extremely tasty!

And hey!  Why don’t we leave a quick baked potato recipe here?

So, you’re only going to need 6 fine potatoes sliced in wedges. Make the cuts identical to cook the potatoes evenly. Season them with some herbs and put it in a preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Don’t forget to use wax paper on top of your baking pans, okay? It will lessen the mess and refrain the potatoes from sticking in the sheet.

There it is!

Need a black garlic sauce recipe? We got you, still!

What you’ll need:

¾ cup of mayo, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of Black Garlic Puree, 1 tablespoon of Freeze-dried Shallots, 2 tablespoons of Fines Herbes, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper

Instruction

All you need to do is add and mix everything. Then, into the fridge!

The third recipe rocks! Yesterday we cooked such burgers for watching football together. To be honest, we missed the first half because of them. I recommend!
