My wife cooks me hot pockets every morning for lunch at work. Today she is on a business trip and I had to figure out how to do it myself. It’s easier than I thought!

It’s easy to buy a ready one, of course. But my mother cooked that by her own recipe. It’s the best!

A very quick and tasty dish. You can cook for future use. Usually, my kids take such hot pockets with them to school as a snack.
